Live webcam jumpy

When viewing any live webcam in any chat room on my iPhone, the picture is always jittery and jumpy. How can I get it to play normal and watchable ?

Is it the same on Wifi? It used to work fine on my old Samsung S2 so I assume anything over an IPhone 5 should have enough oomph to manage so I assume it must be your mobile internet connection speed.

cam jumpy ur lucky i cant get my cam to work in the rooms at all cant get the icon up to switch it on i need help plz any one will do lol

If you're talking about broadcasting your own cam from a phone (rather than just viewing), you need to download the Puffin browser, enable Flash within puffin, and enter Fab through puffin. You should then be able to broadcast your cam.
