how to block??

if someone blocks you that means that at any time they can choose to unblock you and look at your profile without you knowing. How can one block someone who has blocked them please

Go to your block list and manually type their username in it

have been doing that and it wont allow that name to be blocked thanks anyway xxx

Maybe your using your phone to try and block. If you find your blocked, use a laptop/pic, the desktop version of the site, go to 'block list' then manually type their name, and block.

For that reason you gave, I block unsavories via this method

It's easy. Go onto their profile. It will say you're blocked can't access etc etc...however.... on the top right hand corner of that screen page will show a menu button. Press it. Hey presto the block option will appear.
