Hello,

Now I understand admin can't respond to every message, and not obliged to discuss bans, however I'm hoping for clarity on why I have a 4-hr ban for disrupting chat at a time when I was not even logged into the site.

I'm guessing someone else was the aim of the time out, and the room scrolled and the wrong name was hit?

Maybe you were reported for something in chat and when Admin get round to the report they will issue a ban

If you think it is a mistake ask Admin to review from the CONTACT button. they will get in touch if it is a mistake.
