Cams work but the controls freeze

Has anyone else experienced or could let us know how to fix the following problem. Over the last month or so when viewing cam’s in the chat rooms it seems that the controls freeze. You can see the cams but are unable to close them down, enlarge them or click on the name to view the profiles. Has anyone got any ideas as what might be causing it or are we the only ones experiencing it?
