Cam aspect ratio wrong

Something I've noticed is that the cam I have is a true 1080p HD 16:9 cam. However your cam window isn't 16:9, and so the image gets squished slightly, making everything look strange.

Is there any way around this? C & G x

Just to show this in action, I took a shot of what the cam "should" be showing with an iPhone, so you can see the image is wrong. It looks like you are detecting the web cam image but are not adjusting the image to fit correctly for different resolutions handed down to the software. Like I said, my cam is 1080p for Skype, but I believe everywhere else its 720p, which is 16:9. So it has a few issues.
