Banned from chat

We seem to have been banned from the chat rooms.

Do we have any right to contest this because we didn't say anything malicious or offensive and I'm guessing the Mod made a quick decision based on something they misread or misunderstood ?

I dont think there is anything you can do ... your ban will automatically lift after the stated hours ...

We havn't got any stated hours and this is now the second day

It says "You're not currently ok to chat" when we try to enter a chat room.

We have only been banned once before and that was for an hour, by accidentally using Caps. This just seems so unfair because we don't genuinely know what we did wrong .
