New mobile chat cam feedback

Would be more user friendly if you could scroll through the users list, and select a cam to watch, without the list resetting to the top, and without the current viewed camera going off the top of the screen as you scroll down.

no you can't broadcast on tablet or phone unless you use the puffin browser
