Can't get cam to work

I have a lenovo tablet but can't get my cam to dock on chatrooms anyone got any advice on if this can be done on a tablet thanks xx

You can't broadcast your cam if you are on android, iphone or ipad. You can try the puffin browser works on my android phone.
