Not sure I understand your question, you mean have parts of profile text not visible from someone you share a profile with?

You Dont Need to Know, right now

If it's one profile that two people use, then of course nothing can be hidden from the other user. One log-on ID, one password. Fab doesn't know who was typing when the account was accessed.
