But why do you think more rooms are needed? Are you regularly seeing the rooms being 'full'? They're never full at the time I chat, and more rooms won't make more people chat, they will just be spread out more thinly over the rooms.

well thers always over 20000 people online and I'm sure some give up trying to get in rooms as the directing rooms constantly fill up, smaller rooms would make it easier to chat

If it's true that the directing rooms are regularly full, then I have no objection to more directing rooms ... mainly because I don't use them and never will!

But when it comes to regional rooms, more rooms don't make it 'easier to chat', they just make it more difficult for a group of people all to find each other in chat. People roam at random through the rooms - in Northern Swingers we get lots of 'visitors' from elsewhere, because we are so friendly. If there were more rooms, with fewer people in, then chatters would just room-hop more frequently, hoping to find a better mix of people, so it would actually be MORE difficult to establish a rapport through chat.

There is 5 directing rooms and

A midlands room full of people from east mids, only room on your list i think worth adding is a BDSM room.

Another thread another set of room requests.

Why have more rooms? Room capacity is 175 and at the moment there are 20 rooms giving a capacity of 3500 chatters.

At 4.15 (in the day I grant you) there are 625 people in chat.I have never seen all rooms full.

Instead of a room for this and a room for that why not have

Directing rooms 1 to 5

Room 6

Room 7

all the way to room 20

Then nobody can claim a room is anti-BBC or regionalised or anti-Bi or whatever. They are just 15 rooms.

The room names are meant to be a help and a guide only they are though, in all truthfulness, JUST NAMES!!!!

I would like a Kimi's room only me allowed in, get much more pleasure talking to myself.... but anyway....

you want all these rooms, do you think people will actually stick to it? the majority in thr "bi-room" don't even state they're bi, many in the regional rooms aren't even from that region, those in directing room aren't all directing... only ones that seem to do as the room states are the general chat, verified and site supporter

I do think it's useful for the regional rooms to have names, so that new chatters can find the rooms which is most likely to have people who are relatively close to them. But, of course, there is no rule to say that people MUST chat in their local room. Or, indeed, MUST be bisexual to go in the bisexual room.

And as Westy2016 says, until the rooms are regularly "full", we don't need any more rooms. The numbers in Northern Chat between 4.00 and 6.30 pm today varied between 16 and 110 chatters. Very many ladies like to chat in one of the regional rooms (to avoid the directors, and get a sensible quality of banter) and very many people roam around the rooms, looking for the most attractive cammers. More rooms would just mean that chatters were spread too thinly. I can't imagine anything worse than a room where the number of chatters rarely gets above 10. Just look at the unpopularity of the Site Supporters room, and the Verified Only room. Hardly anyone ever goes in there. Because there is never anyone in.
