There are known issues with web cams in Windows 10 at the moment (especially since the anniverasy update). Hopefully the following from Microsoft will help:

Hi jewels i had this issue on windows 10 my cam didn't support win 10 so I had to downgrade. odd that a 3 day old laptop isn't working

If I'm right in thinking this site probably uses flash player for it cams it my just be a case of you need to install flash or possibly just needs an updated version of flash.

Try installing flash (you can download from the link above) and see if it works.

I updated to 10 and got the same no cam working.

Had all updates for everything and still nothing.

Then 10 updated by itself and fucked my hard drive totally .and not all was backed up. Had to pay to get it back.

Will never use 10 again keep away
