When we go on Fab on the ipad the link to the chat room does not work. It gges over to our service provider instead. Can anyone give advice please?

What annoys me about chat room, could be in pm with someone talking via audio, then get timed out if you forget to type something in chat, why on earth does it take so long before you can get back in chat, last night it took me ten minutes to re-enter and the room wasn't full, can the time out sessions be made longer for those that are transmitting cams and chatting via audio not typing

It's easier for everyone to set up a date for everyone to chat on Skype.
