Hello,

unfortunately webcams don't work on mobile devices on this site.

I have a bulky laptop that I cannot carry with me all the time.

They don't make small netbooks any more.

What would be a small and cheap device on which I can use a webcam for Fabs web chat?

My oh has a tablet. It's quite small and don't think it was that expensive. Not sure if that's helpful?

Try one of those 7 inch windows tablets.

They are cheap and unlike android or IOS you can do what ever you can do on a laptop/pc

they DO make netbooks try googling it!
