There are to many fakes on this site. How many profiles have porn star photos in them and the guys who believe that those people women couples or men are real. You need to go and get some help at your local nut house. My local one is quite good

I agree with cam verifications being banned all it does it show someone on cam does not indicate if they are nice genuine and turn up etc.

If someone with only cam verifications contact me I tend to dismiss because of what I think about them.

With normal verifications I use them as nothing more than a guide.

You see it in the chat rooms all the time ... someone pops in and asks to be verified there and then. The bigger the cock - the quicker the veri is given (so it seems).

I would change things so only the green tick is awarded for in-person veris.

Verification should only be by meeting.

You can still check if someone is real via cam though. You can't check if they turn up on time etc no but you can verify they are a real person

The idea on cam veries is to ensure they are NOT A VIDEO by conversing with the person and getting them to do something live...ie hold up a piece of paper with your name on.

This can show that they are the person and that they are live.

If you are not happy to meet various people because you distrust cam veries then I suggest you tighten your meeting and vetting criterion and stop passing the blame to the site tools.

The tools are there for everyo e to use as they see fit.

I agree, but I would add that cam-verifications also prove that a F/MF profile is genuinely a woman/a couple, i.e. not a single male using a fake profile to try to get more meets.

Cam verifications for single males are pointless, imho.

I don't trust ANY veri as i've seen loads of profiles with more than one meet veri and the profile is still fake. I always speak on webcam with someone before meeting them as it's the only way to prove they are the guy in the pics.

I've seen many a cam veri on a couples profile that only refer to the male half ......that should not be allowed IMO!!!

Cam veris are good to enable 2 unverified people to get verified ie; one gets a cam veri so they can verify the person they met then they return the favour, good to get people off and running. You have to use your loaf with veris and don't rely too heavily on them.

Whilst I understand the frustration on some of the points on cam verifications I can't entirely agree with banning them.

Many people, including myself, started with cam verifications when we first joined the site.

I received mine when I first joined as I was always in the local chat room chatting on cam with people before I ever attended a Social Group event. People at the Social would know me & recognise by my cam & would approach me at the Social & say Hi. Back then I would have a face pic on my profile, but after a certain media group published details about another Social I removed my face pic. The newspaper even published quotes from Forum posts taken from the site & published blurred photos lifted from members profiles. This caused issues for some members & their families so I completely understand why some members are reluctant to post face pics on their profiles. Some members even left the site & returned under new profile names.

With this in mind I would say it's best to keep the cam verification for the purpose it was intended for - so people can show who they are on cam by showing their face. Verifying a cock cam or body only cam wouldn't (in my books) constitute a true cam verification.

Although myself & others began with cam veris it took us until we could attend a Social to acquire those Meet Veris.

Like others here I would recommend that you view people's ENTIRE profile as a whole - everything from length of membership, do they have friends, types of verifications, as well as their other details & decide for yourself if the member is genuine or not. You can further help yourself by seeing them on cam & be aware that if you're handing out cam Veris without actually confirming seeing their face then all you are doing is diminishing the site for others but more importantly yourself as you are adding to the problems by not giving a true verification.

I now only verify people I have met or if they are a long distance away (& only occasionally) by seeing their face cam. I would NOT verify a body only cam or for that matter a hidden profile.

Use common sense & your own instincts to out fakes, but I think Cam Verifications should stay.

It's not difficult to get a fake profile verified

One person does a meet Or web cam profile gets verified can be anyone f

Then makes fake profile gets that verified

10 fake profiles later and a verified account with 10 verification .

No matter what the verification say treat it as false and the profile owner has 20 people imprisoned in the cellar ( basement for our American friends) until you know other wise

As with real life if it seems to good to be true it probably is .

Phone veris were removed because they proved nothing. Cam veris prove the person is the person in the pics and that's the biggest problem on here. Total saddos who put up pics that aren't them.

Our first verification was a cam, we spoke to them for some time then we watched as they watched us so I don't think that they should ban it outright but maybe look at who can verify and the reason its being verified. Should there be the options to select 'spoke to on cam' or just 'watched on cam' as there so very much different. You could say only Picture verified people should only be allowed to verify or be verified then at least you know it stands a chance of being genuine but then that's unfair to genuine non pic verified people

The thing is, you've been on here for over a year, and all you have managed is cam veris, despite saying you want to meet men on your profile.

As women here can pretty much get a meet the day they sign up if they really want to, your profile looks like all you will ever want to do is cam.

Unfortunately people will surmise how 'genuine' you are from what they can see on your profile, so maybe a fresh start would help if you are worried about how you come across.

But i in no way take a cam veri as an indication a person will show up to meet. In fact if someone has numerous cam veris but no meet veris i mark them down as a pretendy swinger and highly unlikely to show up....

There was a fem on cam in scots room the other night, just joined no veris....asking for veris in the room.... within minutes 4 guys had verified her. Not one of them could stop wanking long enough to realise she was ripping the pish out of them to get verifications..... one of her comments was " if i get 2 more veri's I'll finger myself".....cue another 3 guys "I've done it, love to meet, your not far away" blah, blah, blah...... i was sitting pissing myself at....

I don't agree on banning cam veris but i do think there should be some rule like u should only verify if uve seen their face! I've seen fake profiles with guys verified on cam but the ones verifying them have only seen their cocks and not their faces so how do they know they are genuine lol. I've told a couple of them that I know it's fake and they've quickly deleted their profiles!

Cam verifications are there to show that the person is real. That they are the gender and age they claim, not someone who is a complete fake. It is easier for newbies to get cam verification.

But it certainly doesn't give any clue as to whether they are reliable, nice or decent in bef.

If the site is going to keep cam verification, I think people who are only cam verified should have (e.g.) an orange tick instead of a green one, so people can tell the difference.

It appears as if people want a fool proof way of ensuring a person is genuine and not fake and are looking for the site administrators to take responsibility for this!

Nooooooo, the responsibility is yours and yours alone don't look for others to do your vetting and then hold the site responsible for a fake person getting in contact.

do all your own checks before arranging a meet, there is some very good advice on the forums, if you arrange meets in haste then you will be responsible for the consequences, do your own research and make the decision you arrive at its easy!

Cam verifications mean nothing except that there has been someone on the end of a camera and if all you want is 'cam fun' then that is fine.

They interest us not one bit unless they've been verified by meeting. Meets are the only veris that matter.

you have 26 cam veris. How many more of them do you need before you actually want to take the plunge and meet someone? perhaps if you spent less time on cam and more time exchanging messages with those who may be interested you might even find that you do have the time to meet.....

personally I don't go for people who are verified by half the site. I have someone I see fairly regularly, we did one veri. neither of us see the point of putting a new one on every time we meet!

And a lot of people who have veris choose not to publish them...
