Why can't I see certain cams.

Not blocked or anything like this.

Just their name crossed out on the screen

Sounds like you've blocked them if they have a line through their name. I'm chat you then need to unblock them if you want to see them, though I'd guess you've blocked them for a reason.

If you're in chat & there's not a line through their name, but the cam icon is missing when you've listed it to show who is on cam, then they've probably got you blocked for whatever their reasons are. You won't be able to see their chat convo or they yours. However if you're a site supporter & gone into a room that's full but gained access as a site supporter & their cam isn't available it's because the user has set their setting to exclude users who can access full rooms as a site supporter.

I haven't blocked them nor they of me.

Maybe its the supervisor bit. Shame cause it a looked hot but what people were saying. Lol
