Chat time-out

So I use the chat quite often, but just recently when I have opened up the chatroom, it pauses for a moment, then takes me back to a page saying 'Chatroom timed-out'

Have tried logging in and out but still timing out.... anyone had this before or know what to do?

sometimes you have to disconnect
