Banned from ChatRoom for "abuse" when no Mods in room

I just received a 4 hour chat room ban for "abuse", when I wasn't actually chatting in the room, and there was no Moderator in the room.

Everybody in the room was shocked (I received several messages immediately after, plus my partner was still there on her separate chat account from prior to the ban), mostly because I am known for being polite, and actively encouraging other chat users to follow the chat rules.

Admin can see the chatlogs and can still ban people whether there is a mod in the room or not.

That is why we advise people to report problems when there isnt a mod in the room.

As always, if you think a mistake has been made with your specific issue then contact Admin directly using the CONTACT link at the bottom of the page rather than posting in the forums.
