'Now chatting' icon

Sometimes when browsing profiles, I see a 'Now chatting' icon next to the verifications. Clicking on it takes me to the chat facility, but how do I know which room they're in if I'd like to chat with them?

You don't, this is a topic that has been raised in Site Feedback, and the general consensus is that is too easily abused by stalkers and the like.
