Why is it that whenever there is a post here that brings into question the quality (or should that be poor quality) of moderating in the chat rooms the post is locked and the member advised to use the contact us button?

These posts by members are often as a result of doing exactly that on numerous occasions but finding that nothing is done to improve matters.

I personally have used the contact us option a number of times. I used to be a regular user of the regional chat rooms, used them on a daily basis. Now I use them very rarely, and all because the lack of quality, fair moderators make them a place that I no longer want to frequent.

Please fab, I ask you once again, make our chatrooms into the fun, friendly, enjoyable place that they used to be

Because that is what Admin want you to do as they advise on the last thread you opened on the subject here.

They shut the thread because they want any specific mod feedback sent to them which they investigate and deal with if needed.

Admin instruct mods to shut threads and direct people to the right place and also as shown above do it themselves.

Please take the advise.
