If you right-click and choose Settings, do you get the familiar Allow/Deny/Remember box?

If not, try right-click and choose Global Settings, this will open a new tab. Follow the "What are privacy settings?" Link and then the "Website Privacy Settings panel" Link at the bottom of that section. Click on the 6th tab (looks like an eye on a monitor). Scroll down the list of sites and you should see chat.fabswingers.com. You can then choose "Always Ask", "Always Allow" or "Always Deny" by clicking the relevant Radio Button above.

I think there's been a recent update to Flash Player which has lost saved settings, as mine has changed from "Always Allow" to "Always Ask" in the last week.

Are you using Internet Explorer? If so, I'll let another IE user let you know if they see those messages.

If so try plugging a microphone in or enabling sound.
