I guess even some of the mods are allowed a night off. But then again they can't be everywhere at once. I know from experience of other forums when you have this many members what may seem a simple job often takes a whole lot longer to sort or keep an eye on.

It's a pretty thankless job though. And it's not easy picking chat moderators. Generally the people that want to do it are the last people that should have any sort of power over others.

That's probably why most of the mods I've seen online are women because if a bloke was a mod he would just kick all the other guys straight out the room.
