Chat on a 7'' Android tablet

Assuming one has Flash installed and possibly Firefox or any Flash-enabled browser, how well would the chat work on 7'' work? Alternatively what's the minimum acceptable size?

And has anybody been able to make the front cam work on an Android tablet? Tx
