how do I take off the pm feature when im in chat?

Just above room list you will see word anybody with drop down arrow feature, click arrow and change to either friends only or no one. If select no one then no one cam pm

dont we all hun xxx a lot of old chat was really good chat is brill now but mainly for cammers hasnt got the little good touches that old chat had

I hated whispers in Old Chat. There was no way of preventing some random stranger from whispering 'get your tits out'.

New Chat means that we can turn OFF whispers. In that way, peeps can only say things that the whole room (including moderators) can see.

New Chat is much better, in my opinion.

I agree. I think also it's affected the content: there's not so much chatting about trivia.
