webcam hidden/not working

Hi All, hope someone can helps us out. Our webcam is not working in chat. When we connect to chat we just get a white space in the top right corner. If we right click, in the white box, and select play we get a 'cam hidden' in a grey box flash up then disappear but as far as I can tell its not hidden (button shows option to hide cam). Its picking video up on the settings but disappears when closed so its detected the cam but not playing.

I had same problem but found by clicking pop up box media from fabswingers was blocked for some reason so i clicked allow and it worked

it titled "Allowing pop ups" click on it and then click on animated media
