When I’m in a room on cams and I have my camera on, is there anyway of finding out if people are currently watching you?

Yeah, you'll get a little eye that pops up next to their name. If you sort the list (click the eye icon) those who are watching you will pop to the top.

You may also have people watching you without your knowledge. Check "view only" mode in privacy settings. If someone starts to watch you in a room then moves to a different room, you won't know they are still watching.
