Anyone else having trouble getting into the chatrooms ? I keep getting a message saying not ok to chat at this time !?!?

Yep

We have the same problem with the same message

Been a paying member for nearly 2 years and have tried multiple times contacting and requesting update and no response

Not sure why as we always play be the rules

Not sure we will be renewing membership
