Do you get a message when you’ve been banned from the chat room? I thought you did, for days all I’ve got is you are not ok, but no notification of a ban

I don’t think you do, there’s a thread on here somewhere with an email address to message admin about getting your account back, my friend was banned and it took her a few days to get a response but admin were brilliant and removed the ban so it’s certainly worth a shot

Thanks I’ve messaged through the feedback form, not sure why I would be banned for so long tho? Not in to taboo and wouldn’t of said anything that could justify a full ban.

If they are going to remove the ban, they will message you.

If you hear nothing back. They will have reviewed your contact and decided the ban is staying.
