Blocked from viewing cam only?

When I enter the chat room, often I can see some but not all of the cams that are supposed to be on, despite not being blocked from viewing those profiles or seeing their name in the room. This occurs when I have managed to enter the room properly as well as being 'view only'

Is this is some sort of glitch, or is there a way to stop someone viewing your cam without blocking them altogether?

Users can opt out of being viewed by users that enter a room in "View only mode"

So if you enter a room in view only mode you may not see some cams.
