In the chatroom, if I have someone camera on and click the mute button, the sound continues

Always used to work fine

Means when I have multiple cameras on with sound they all mix into one

Anyone else having this problem or has something potentially gone wrong with my settings on here or laptop

Yes I have the same issue. It seems if you add another cam then it unmutes the one you muted. Makes no sense but its happening and you have to mute again sometimes multiple times to get it to work again

Hope this helps

I have the mute problem too. Running Windows 11, used to be ok, but not working now. Very annoying when you are looking at more than one cam. Anyone resolved this issue please?

I am a regular cam user and I have noticed this for the past few days. It's so annoying. Especially when you are trying to focus on one cam x

Bump

People are still having issues with the mute button after 3 weeks.

While I'm here, Any chance of adding individual volume control to each cam that you dock,

e.g 2 cams

Cam one is playing music very loud and you can't hear cam number 2 who are talking, You still want to watch and listen to both cams, You can turn the volume down on cam 1 and the volume up on cam 2

Experiencing the same issue, and it's very, very annoying. Different devices, different locations, same problem.

Which suggests that it needs to be resolved by Fab admin....

I'm on a laptop. I don't use my phone often.

But from the time I spent in chat today. It has been brought up alot.

So I think it might be affecting multiple devices whether they be pc, laptop, mac or phones.

I have seen users from alot of platforms and different operating systems say it isn't working.

We use chat rooms a lot and we have had the same issue for a couple of weeks now

We are on google chone on a pc but also had the same problem on my iPad

We are having to mute our monitor so we can see watch more than one cam that has sound on but that spoils the fun
