Can’t turn cam on

Hi have just changed phones,was on android now on iPhone can watch cams but can’t seem to turn my cam on,on android bottom right screen could turn on but on iPhone nothing to click on.?….any help appreciated thanks

Hiya op

When you first went into the cam chat did you get info for permission for cam , if you don't accept it I believe it won't show

So clear the cookies for the request, it'll reset it, then when you go to the chat rooms accept permission to use your cam
