More cam issues

Whilst in the chat rooms does other peoples cams go off without you switching them off?

we seem to be on cam then after 3 mins our cam goes off but we are in the chat rooms still.

Any solutions or ideas of how to stop this from happening?

We are having a problem with our cam too whilst in chatrooms. It's showing we are on cam but our screen is white? Help much appeciated please...
