Ban from chatroom

I had a ban from a chatroom, I feel I know why and I own up to my mistake, however I haven't been communicated with for how long, I know depending on admins schedules it can take a while to respond to "contact us".

I was wondering how long I can be waiting to find out when my ban if lifted.

If you have already contacted admin, please be patient.

If they are to lift the ban they will mail you and let you know.

If you haven't contacted them yet.
