When this message is displayed "You're not ok to chat" when you try and enter the chat rooms. Why is this? Have I been banned?

That's the new Fabswingers AI.

Basically it monitors how hard you're hitting the keypad, and decides whether you're in too bad a mood to safely be allowed near a chat room....
