Help please

I am have a major problem with the chat room I enter any room and the window does not fully open, no people and no chat. This has been going on now for two days I have asked Admin but they have fobed me off by look at the help advice (first place I went too) is this happening to any one else please help.

Sounds like a Flash problem. Did you follow the advice in the FAQs about updating your Flash?

IT HAPPENS TO ME SOMETIMES I JUST DELETE TEMP INTERNET FILES ETC. REBOOT ALSO CHECK POP UP ALLOWS SOMETIMES INTERNET GIVER PLAYS GAMES WITH FABSWINGERS SITE LOL. GOOD LUCK AND ADMIN DONT FOB PPL OFF IF THEY DO ANSWER THEY GIVE GOOD ADVICE

Hardware (iPhone) android tablet, browser software with revision number might help
