Not working great on iPhone

So I have iPhone 12 Pro Max. Went into mobile chat other day and nobody could see my cam. Tried relighting/reloading and different cameras dual/triple and no luck. When I go view cans myself I get a thumbnail of their cam then it slowly fades out to grey with loading. I click the no video but doesn’t load.

Using latest iOS on 12 pro max with 4G/5G great sports in general

Ok so no reply.. site support have done before but if I can’t use it’s features I won’t bother. Today I can even load cams, I get thumbnail then fades and never plays.

Appreciate some support or won’t upgrade next cycle been a week facing problem no contact!
