Hey all - any ideas why people might not be able to PM us in chat? We're told the button isn't there, but we've not changed any settings. What should we be looking for to make it work?

All buttons are in chat for everyone to using. Maybe no body has sent you anything

Look below your cam on the right.

It will say 'Allow private msgs & pokes from:'.

Make sure it's either anyone or friends only.
