Can’t view cams on iPhone

Hi all,

I have a two year old iPhone which is running the latest iOS. I can’t view cans through mobile chat on safari. It comes up with the image, but it’s frozen. I then get the little message at the bottom of the screen telling me to click here if I can’t view the cam.

I click on it and the image disappears and I’m left with the revolving/loading icon. I never get to see the cam.

I have tried this in mobile data and in wifi, also tried with and without VPN.

Mine works on Wi-Fi but not mobile data, it’s not the network speed as I can tether to another phone and it works.
