When I put my cam on in a room can everyone view it ?? or can I just select who views it

Everyone can view your cam in a room. If you want a private cam the only way I can think of doing this is if you go into an empty room turn your cam on to allow the person you want to view it then leave the room. I’ve not tested this but if you’re not in a room no one can access the link to your camera.
