"Would you be interested in allowing users to post videos on the site?"

I think the main issues centre around storage space and bandwidth.

A profile page is just text. Pictures slightly more data but not that much by the time each picture is formatted down.

A movie on the other hand up considerably more data depending on recording medium, encoding format and duration.. So the questions to then ask:

1) Do users get "per video storage" or "Per MB/space storage"?

2) How much total space should each user be entitled to?

3) How does the site pay for the overall storage consumed by the video servers?

4) How does the site pay for the management of multiple videos being streamed, hence the extra bandwidth consumed at any one time while the videos are being watched?

Now I don't work for the site, but I know a little bit about service provision and management. So, for this to work I'm sure the site has to have realistic and workable answers to those questions (and possibly more).
