Random chatroom question...

Viewing chatroom listings I see the camera view hyperlink, some are normal, some are coloured in hues of red (I guess to determine that these cameras are hot, hotter and rooar!!).

But who or what determines the colour change??

Algorithm i.e. the more people view the hotter the cam. Or is it Forum moderators choosing as they keep tabs on the proceedings or can the individuals change their colour to signify they are horny and were is that setting....

Always wondered. Can anyone shed light on how it works?? Thank you in advance. Amelia
