No, there's a northern one, which is the one the OP is on about, but this appears to cover about half the country from the Scottish border south.

It goes by area Scotland has their own chat room but every user jumps around using whatever which gives an opportunity to connect with others the northern used to be pretty active with local folk and surrounding areas
