Mobile cam not working c'mon Fab sort it out

It's got to be 12months now that there is an issue with the cams via mobile phones, tried different Web pages and vpns still not working.

Click on a cam and it fades away, may be my subscription should.

They tell us to download Flash to view webcams, but it is now obsolete. They're happy to take our money, so why won't they fix the problems??

To be fair they don't, they did a fix t get round no Flash when flash ended

It seems it could be that Chrome and edge had updates they may be causing it. Try Firefox as that has worked for this user

Using Firefox I get the symptoms you describe when I'm using mobile data. (EE)

If I am using WiFi (BT) it works

We both have different phones and different browsers. Our cam will work for about a minute then switch off

Exactly what happens when i log into cams too. Have tried all sorts to no avail. This is when fab is frustrating as there is no direct communication
