Allow members to create their own chat room.

You should allow members to create their own chat room, such as I would like to create a room called stoke directing room. Otherwise. I'm chatting to people who are too far for me to arrange to meet. Just not worth wasting my time.

How will that work?, you could end up with hundreds of rooms and how would they get moderated?
