reading thread title without clicking on it

Got this on a few forums I am on, you hover your mouse over the thread title and you get the first few lines to read, that way the title might sound really interesting but the content is drab or not what you thought it was so you move on.

if it doe appeal to you, you click on and read as normal.

Saves you having to open every thread to read
