Its been a while since I have been in the chatrooms but now cant get my cam working. It says my cam is either blocked or not connected. There is a link for help but no instructions there. Help please

Says the same for me when on mobile but fine with laptop

Similar thread elsewhere in the forums

It may be that another app has first dibs on the camera so the browser you're using can't "grab" it

Perhaps close other apps that can use the cam and try again?

Are you on a laptop or phone?

I cam using my android phone. Since the upgrade it is no longer possible with chrome, so I now use firefox with no problems.

Cams not just on this site, but on others are a pain atm. I struggled on my laptop last night to get mine working on another site where I regularly cam. So I used my phone and my cam worked fine. I'm wondering if its anything to do with all the changes to 5g that are affecting

It is laptop and chrome I was using. Will give Firefox a try. Thank you.
