Why can’t I see some cams when it is clear they are visible to other people?

It has happened again today. In the list of people showing their cams, are one or two where the cam sign isn't visible. Any ideas why?

I’ve only noticed this in the last few months (been a member since 2011).

It’s always a cam that’s proving really popular - I suspect there must be some kind of limit on viewers of any one cam.

Perhaps it’s because there are more members and people in chat in recent times.
