Keep getting a spam message when I try and send something

Hi team keep getting a message saying my email contains spam that I’m am send and web links . It doesn’t and never has as I don’t do that sort of thing any one able to help me out as to why ?

It will be a word/ phrase/ sentence that is not allowed in mails.
