Still unable to enter chat on mobile

It says I’m logged in and using account when I’m clearly not. I’ve changed password and still have the same problem on my mobile. Been like this for weeks and getting bored of wasting my site support fees so I can use the chatrooms on my mobile device.

Spoken to a lot of people now that are having the same problem and it’s only a matter of time before people won’t renew their subscription and go elsewhere.

FAB do you intend solving this problem at all?

Doesn’t seam to be anybody interested in solving this problem, we should be given a rebate and go somewhere else?

You DO have to be a site supporter to use the mobile chat app

Doesn’t matter how many times or how many people have tried, nothing is getting done and this isn’t a new problem. If I bother to renew my site support this time, it will be the third time with the app not working correctly and not fit for purpose

Hi Secret, thanks for the info . I thought you had to be a supporter to chat on your phone . Tried contacting them direct as suggested but no reply at all .

It seems this is a bug with the latest update of Google Search app for iphone.

If you use default Safari it should work ok
