Entering chatrooms failed

Everytime I try to enter a room it states that someone else is logged on with my account. Have I been hacked and what can I do about ?

close to the edge

I’m having exactly the same problem on my phone. Can’t enter a room at all as it says my account is in use already in chatrooms. I’ve changed password etc but still no joy

I can enter rooms can also broadcast video but can't view anyone

I had the same problem, try chrome to log on not google, that works for me,
