Timed out

Does anybody know why we keep getting timed out when on cams?? We’ve had it on for a quite some time in the past but last two times we’ve been on it we have been timed out??

You need to type in room as if you just talk on cam . It makes the room think your not there . So mind type something in room every so often . Hope it helps x

Yes this helps very much thank you. We have another account so usually type on that one. We did think it may have something to do with that.
